The Department of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Kyushu University, invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in the Division of Medical Quantum Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Position: Assistant Professor (1 position)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duties: Education and research in radiological technology and medical quantum science; assisting with the education and research supervision of undergraduate students of the School of Health Sciences and graduate students of the Major in Health Sciences<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications: Applicants must meet all of the following conditions (1) to (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(1) Hold a doctoral degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) Have an excellent record of teaching and research in a field related to this division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) Be able to teach enthusiastically in lectures and practical training on the basic specialized and specialized subjects specified in the Designation Rules for Schools and Training Institutions for Radiological Technologists; be able to take charge of lectures, experiments and practical training in radiological technology, and to assist with the education and research supervision of graduate students in the Major in Health Sciences (specific subjects will be decided after appointment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) Be willing to actively give lectures in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) Be able to take up the post on September 1, 2026 (negotiable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Expected start date: September 1, 2026 (tentative)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Employment period: 5 years (September 1, 2026 \u2013 August 31, 2031). The employment period may be renewed based on the results of a performance review during the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
